One word for it, refreshing.
Some businesses do care, and in a money-driven environment, its refreshing to see that a business can take time out and ‘be nice’ to their customers. A brilliant strategy for customer loyalty.

What Makes a Leader?
A leader’s courage to fulfill his/her vision comes from passion/conviction and not position. By far, the best leaders are ones who bring people together. If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader… I’ve been very lucky to have such leaders at work (Google) and at home.
